A Trick
I should have known it was a trick, but
but the suddenness and velocity of
of my brother’s exclamation forced
forced my body around, so that head and
and feet pointed in polar opposites; when
when I fell in fear, it was only from the floor
floor that I saw there never really was any
any dinosaur coming up behind me.
